REFUND POLICY :
All ticket sales are final. Refunds, credits, or exchanges will not be issued under any circumstances. Unforeseen events outside of our control are not grounds for a refund. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Local or national weather conditions
- Natural disasters or emergencies
- Long lines or extended wait times
- Family or medical emergencies (including COVID-19 related issues)
- Employment-related issues (job loss, scheduling conflicts, etc.)
- Traffic, parking, or transportation disruptions (public or private)
- Purchasing tickets for the wrong date, time, location, or event

All advertised performers, entertainment, and amenities are subject to change without notice. Changes to talent line-up, event schedule, amenities, or services are not grounds for a refund. Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the event—including but not limited to music, DJs, décor (or lack thereof), food or beverage availability, alcohol selection, party favors, staff interactions, ambiance, seating, wait times, or early closures—is also not grounds for compensation.

By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that your participation is at your own risk. You hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, performers, DJ, singers, Eventbrite, the venue, sponsors, volunteers, and all affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness, including death, that may be sustained while participating in or in connection with this event.
You agree not to hold any of the above parties responsible or liable under any circumstance and waive any right to sue them for any claims directly or indirectly related to your participation in this event.
